Should I be concerned about attending York because of labour disruptions?

Our faculty and staff are dedicated to providing our students with the highest quality education. The top priorities for the University are ensuring the academic integrity of our programs and providing services and support for our students.

The university works very hard to avoid a labour disruption. Like any other university or college with unionized employees, York’s contract negotiations are complex and all parties involved work hard for a successful outcome.
